The Bill of Rights
In 1791, the United States of America adopted a Bill of Rights protecting individual rights that no government should be able to take away. Of all the rights protected in this document, which is the most important to you? Please explain in proper English and punctuation which of the first ten amendments to the Constitution you consider to be the most important and why.

the most importanat document to me is number 4 because other people has to respect one an other thing's or they can not be trusted
The most important amendment to me is #4 because people need to respect one another with their belongings and households.
The Most Important one to me is #4 because i think that people should have trust and respect over each others things Or property!
I believe the first amendment is the most important because if we couldn't freely speak and express our religion this would not be the country of the land of the free.
I beleive the most important amendment to me is the fourth one because,if we didnt have this rule people would be able to touch other people's property and that wouldn't be fair to others.

The fifth amendment is the most important to me because everything should be equal. If i wasnt equal tthings would not be fair and it would cause more problems.

Mostly because, there is a lot of crime in the world.The punishment is important if we didn't have the sixth amendment then some one found guilty of a little crime would face a more heavy punishment then a bigger crime. then again making it not FAIR.
I think the eighth amendment is the most important because it doesnt matter what crime people commit,they should'nt be put to death.

the most import5an amendment to me is the right to practice religion. i feel that is an extremely important right to have.Amerca started on the want of freedom of religion. taking away someone's right to practice thier beliefs is like taking away who they are. who are you to judge, stop, or descriminate against someone's religion. you can not tell someone they can't believe or live a certain way because you say so. what they belive in may differ from you but it's as important to them as your religion is important to you.
i think the first amendment is more important because i personally think that people have the right to speak their minds. people should say what they want if its really bothering them.
I think that most important right is the right to bear arms. I think that because you have to be able to protect your self if you get attacked by a dog. also if someone break into your house you can have protection.

the fourth amendment is the most important to me. i like the idea of having a little privacy and that anybody just cant search my stuff without a very good reason and a judge approved warrant.
The Bill of Rights have many articles, but only one that is important to me is the right to bear arms. Then,if some one wants to break into your house, you can protect yourself. All i need is a permit for my weapon, and no one can take it from me.(But I have to be older than 18!)

even though i dont know what it is i think the amendment that states there is no cruel and unusual punishment. I think that is important because if a 5 year old was to hit a person you shouldn't just slap them back because they don't know any better. but if a 16 year old was to do the same thing then a fight would most likely start. that is an example of how you shoud fit the punishement to the crime and not the person because it would b injustice.
